Chances are that your answer would be a resounding no. Even though it might seem like a great wholesale deal, you and I know that it’s just not realistic for a brand name designer handbag to sell for such a low price.
But what if a handbag distributor was exiting the business, and simply wanted to get rid of his inventory?
The point I am trying to make is that the price of an item influences our perception of it, so if you want to make sure your handbags are perceived as being original, and of high quality, you need to sell them for as much as your customers would be willing to pay for them.
Don’t make the mistake of trying to underprice them, since you will just end up confusing your customers into thinking that you don’t carry merchandise worth their hard earned money.
